My previous account login doesn't work?
We have rebuilt our website as of August 2015, and because of the new system, any accounts created on our old store (pre-July 2015) will no longer be active. It only takes a few minutes to create a new account, and the system is greatly improved over the last one.
We do realise that this is inconvenient, and apologise, however it was essential to migrate the store over to the new system.
Why is my Dermalogica shopping cart not included with my other brand items?
Due to selling restrictions on Dermalogica products, we have had to seperate all other brands from Dermalogica. This means that unfortunately should you wish to purchase Dermalogica items and other brands from us, you will have to check out twice. We do realise this is an inconvenience however the restriction is put in place by Dermalogica and so we have done our best to make the best of this. Why doesn't my Dermalogica login work on the "All Brands" site?
Due to the restrictions above, the Dermalogica portion of our website is seperate to the rest of the brands. This means you will also need a seperate login for each site.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders received before 3pm will usually be posted the same day, orders placed after this will usually be despatched the following working day. The time that your delivery takes will be shown to you when selecting your postage option at the checkout.
My order shows are "Awaiting Fulfillment". What does this mean?
When your payment has cleared this is the status your order will display. It means that your order has been passed to the warehouse for processing, and despatch.
I found a discount code on another site, why doesn't it work?
We do have discount codes, however we do not broadcast them on external websites. We offer them to our customers through social media and through our monthly emails. External websites are very often out of date in their display of codes.
Orders Lost In Post
Unfortunately this does happen and if an order is lost in the Postal system, BeautyCow will need to claim on the Post Office insurance. In completing our claim form, we will provide the name and contact details of the intended recipient.
Before we send a replacement, we will require our lost post form to be completed, signed and returned to us confirming non-receipt.
