4 Pricing and Availability
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
5 Order Processing
Orders are processed between Monday and Friday 09:30am - 3:00pm GMT, excluding Public Holidays. We aim to dispatch "in stock" items on the same working day after an order has been placed.
Orders placed during a weekend, Public Holiday or after 3:00pm GMT will be processed on the next working day (Monday-Friday).
6 Cancel/Change Order
Should you wish to cancel or change your order you can do so going to our Contact Us form or call us on 44+ (0)1752 336633 within 24hrs providing that your order has not already been processed.
- Please note that processed orders may not always be possible to intercept due to the volume of orders being processed in our Packing dept.
If you wish to cancel your order after your goods have been dispatched, either refuse the goods when delivery is attempted or accept them and return the un-opened items to us for a refund, minus any postage and packing costs incurred by us.
7 Damaged Goods
Some parcels do receive rough treatment in transit through outside contrators/ couriers. Please contact us and we will arrange for a replacement to be dispatched to you.We will need the damaged item returned to us so we can claim for rough treatment and recover our costs.
8 Returns
We do accept goods back at BeautyCow.com on the basis that the goods have been un-opened and unused and are in a re-saleable condition. By this we mean that all packaging and or cellophane wrapping and tamper resistant seals must be intact. Sometimes manufacturers will apply a security seal to the outside of a box, for example GHD irons, if this seal is broken the item cannot be re-sold and we will not be accepted by our Returns Dept.In such circumstances we recommend that you contact the manufacturer directly.

We will refund the value of the goods upon receipt of them or exchange them if requested.
When returning items to us please ensure that you include a brief explanatory note which must include your name, order Number and the reason for the return.
Please note that all orders must be returned to us within 30 days of purchase. |
